In no case are applicants requested to travel to Hong Kong to obtain their visas. If the problem arises over, the need to travel to Peking we can issue Hong Kong transit visas on the basis of postal applications provided sufficient evidence is provided that a visa will be issued in due course (the solution already suggested in the case of countries not represented in Peking).
