LEGAL IMMIGRATION FROM CHINA
Further to my letter of 26 October, you may be interested to see the attached report by Immigration Department giving the contents of a notice found recently in one passport. This is an encouraging sign that steps are being taken to ensure that those with passports have satisfactory documentation before coming to Hong Kong, It may be useful when the MFA gives formal notification of their new procedures if you could check whether this covers all the points made in this notice.
