Dr wilson telephoned me at my home by arrangement late last night and I was able to pass him the gist of the Saving telegram He telephoned again at lunchtime today to say that he had already taken action with the NCNA and would be reporting by telegram. He confirmed that the text of the Saving telegram had in the meantime been transmitted on the DSS line.
