There are some international understandings about what
should be included in a passport.
A country is expected to
say what national status the holder has, what his name is, and his date and place of birth.
Provided this is done,
it is for the country issuing the passport to decide on its
general layout. Most passports of Western countries follow
the same general pattern as the United Kingdom one. There is some doubt whether the national status can be qualified by the addition of the name of a colony if that does not appear in the statutory title.

(a) the title of the second citizenship should be
'Citizenship of the British Colonies';
