operations in Kampuchea and we are monitoring the humanitarian

situation with a view to providing further assistance in any way

which will improve the overall situation. It is our earnest hope

that the relief supplies now arrived in Kampuchea or en route there

will be distributed quickly, impartially and with international

monitoring to those who most desperately require them. We have full

confidence in the international agencies which are active in

Kampuchea and trust that co-operation by all concerned, vital to

the effectiveness of these endeavours, will be forthcoming.

We urge this most strongly, and we shall remain concerned to ser

a speedy and satisfactory solution to the humanitarian problems in

Kampuchea.
