When I was in the office last week we discussed the question of where recent Vietnamese refugees have come from.
2. On my return to the office today I have just seen the latest assessment made for our local intelligence committee. It covers the situation very well and I think you might find it helpful to read. Although these documents go back to London on a regular basis, I am never sure of their exact distribution, and always suspect they tend to finish up at the bottom of some cupboard in the Cabinet Office.
