I mentioned to you when we were discussing the forthcoming meeting of experts at Geneva about rescue operations for refugees in distress in the South China Sea that this issue had been raised by Sir Leslie Kirkley and his colleagues on SCOR when they came to see Mr Raison last week. In view of the relevance of some of the points raised at the meeting, and in particular of the proposal from Mr Bradman to charter a ship, to the discussion we shall be having this afternoon about the meeting of experts, I enclose a copy of the note of the meeting.
