6. The atmosphere was constructive throughout and no suggestion was made about any Ministerial meeting being held other than in Geneva on 19/20 July. Nor was there any criticism of the composition of the London meeting.
Subject to any comments from those provent after comentary Soverament 7. We agreed to inform the ASEAN representatives in
London on 13 July of the proposed agenda for discussions

on 19 July in Geneva at official level. We hope to
get our own paper on safety of life at sea.ready by
17 July so that it can be pirculated in advance to
representatives attending the meeting on 18 July.
