od 25 June with the excellent news that the Argentina Government has decided to accept 300 refuzoo families. As you know, Hong Kong han had the heaviest flow of refugees in the region this year, and the slowest outflow, At present there are some 60,000 refugees from Vietnam in llong Kong and I therefore hope that your Goverment will be able to take a significant proportion of the 300 families from Hong Kong.
