TOKYO SUMMIT:

A member of the Japanese Embassy this afternoon delivered the attached statement agreed between President Carter and the Prime Minister of Japan. This text will be submitted to the Heads of Government at the Tokyo Summit with a view to their endorsing it for use in the communique.
