1. Thank you for your letter of 25 May. You enclosed
a telegram to the Prime Minister from the UN Secretary-
General, in which Dr Waldheim appeals for further offers
of resettlement places for Indo-China refugees and
additional financial support for the United Nat Lons
High Commissioner for Refugees. We understand that,
the same message was addressed to 51 other heads of
government.
2. I enclose a draft reply as requested. I am sewing
