I attach the refugees with Mr Vance when he saw him on 21 May.

2. It would be very helpful if the Minister of State could follow up the Secretary of State's conversation when he sees Mr Warren Christopher at the State Department during his visit to
the United States next week. I attach a speaking note which concentrates on the Hong Kong problem, which is our main concern.
