4. The Secretary of State will wish to be aware that Mr Esaki, the Japanese Minister for International Trade and Industry (who is also attending the IEA meeting) will be taking up a long standing invitation to visit London on 24 and 25 May.
He will

Energy, when bilateral trade issues will be discussed.
