Finally Clark said that he was leaving for a tour of South East Asia on Wednesday 11. April. His programme, which is subject
to alteration, includes Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Manila, in that order. He is likely to return to Jakarta to attend the 30 April meeting if in fact that takes place.
