line to take on the recent articles in the Observer and Daily Telegraph.
2. I submit a text (prepared by SEAD in consultation with HK & GD) for insertion in the winding up speech. This should replace the final three paragraphs of the speech from "My Right Honourable Friend ." on the penultimate page.
