1. I submit draft replies and a background note to the attached four PQs tabled by Mr Robert Parry (Labour Scotland Exchange) for written answer on 20 March.

Since the questions are complex, two of the draft answers
are somewhat longer than the normal 50 word limit.. The
information requested in Question 4 is being compiled in Hong Kong and will be sent to us by bag. We have confirmed with the Parliamentary Unit that the proposed reply is the appropriate one
