1. I enclose a copy of a self-explanatory letter from Mrs Spriggs, Private Secretary to the kt Hon Alfred Morris MP. It refers in turn to a letter from Mr Choa of the Hong Kong Society for the Deaf, which I note was copied to you.
2. I should be grateful for a copy of the reply you gave Mr Choa and any further information about the Hong Kong Society for the Deaf that would help us in preparing our draft.
3.
The deadline given by Mrs Spriggs 29 March- no longer applies as she will be sending Mr Ashley MP an interim reply.
