(a)
imposing duties and liabilities
on employers and employees;

defining the functions, duties
and powers of public officers
appointed or authorized for
the purposes of this Ordinance;

exempting any industry, occupa-
tion or trade, or any class or
part of any industry, occupation
or trade, from the operation of
this Ordinance or any provision
thereof;
(g)
providing that this Ordinance
or any provision thereof shall
not apply, or may be modified,
in relation to any class of
persons;
(h)
providing that the Governor
may, by order, amend the
Schedule to any regulations
made under this Ordinance;
