THE EMPLOYMENT (AMENDMENT)(NO. 2) ORDINANCE 1979

The purpose of this Ordinance is to extend the application of the Employment Ordinance to a higher wage earning class of non-manual workers.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, I advised that he could properly do so.
