CIVIL AVIATION POLICY GUIDANCE
Only recently we asked for your views on the financial para- graph of a proposed revised policy guidance.
However Ministers
favour an amendment of the Civil Aviation Act 1971 which would do away with policy guidance; and John Steele has recently written to airlines and the CAA about this.
