ARTICLE 17
(1) If either of the Contracting Parties considers it
desirable to modify or amend any provision of the present
Agreement or the Annex thereto, it may at any time request consultation with the other Contracting Party and such
consultation, which may be either oral or in writing,
shall begin within a period of sixty (60) days from the
date of receipt of the request by the other Contracting
Party unless both Contracting Parties agree to an extension
of this period.

(2) Any modification or amendment/shall come into force
when it has been confirmed by an Exchange of Notes, through
the diplomatic channel, except as provided in paragraph (3)
of this Article.
(3)
Modifications or amendments to the Annex to the present
Agreement may be agreed between the aeronautical authorities
of the Contracting Parties and shall be applied provisionally
and confirmed as

soon as possible by an Exchange of Notes,
through the diplomatic channel.
