ARTICLE 8
1) The minimum formalities only shall be required in
respect of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail carried
in direct transit across the territory of one Contracting Party by aircraft of the designated airline of the other
Contracting Party engaged in the operation of the agreed
services.
(2) Baggage, cargo and dutiable objects carried through the mail, carried in direct transit, shall be exempt from customs duties and other similar duties or charges.
