Contracting Party engaged in the operation of
the agreed services: provided, however, that
they shall be kept under the supervision and
control of the customs authorities of the
first Contracting Party and shall be subject to
fair and reasonable storage charges;
(c) fuel, oils (including hydraulic fluids) and
lubricants supplied in the territory of one
Contracting Party to the aircraft of the
designated airline of the other Contracting
Party engaged in the operation of the agreed
services, even when these supplies are for use
on the part of the journey performed over the
territory of the first Contracting Party.
