DUBAI TO APPEAR IN A PUBLISHED ROUTE SCHEDULE. WE WOULD NOT ' HOWEVER MAKE A STICKING POINT OF THIS IF THE MALAYSIANG REACTED

WE ARE HOWEVER PREPARED TO TRY THIS ON UNLESS YOU THINK IT WOULD HAVE UNDESIRABLE REPERCUSSIONS. THERE ARE TWO ALTERNATIVE FALL-BACK POSITIONS (1) TC LEAVE IT OUT OR (2) TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL SUD PARA COMING AFTER SUB PARA (VI) QUOTE CPA AND MAS MAY IN ADDITION TO THE FREQUENCIES MENTIONED IN (111) TO (V1) ABOVE OPERATE ALL FREIGHTER SERVICES BY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THEM UNQUOTE. WILL HONG KONG PLEASE SAY URGENTLY WHICH OF THE TWO ALTERNATIVES THEY WOULD PREFER.
