Comment

As part of the deal BA would have the right to equivalent frequencies and the right to operate to Manila and Jakarta bevond Kuala Lumpur. There might be some problems over the condition relating to Qantas withdrawal from the route.

CAP would have entitlement to equivalent frequencies both third/fourth and fifth and could operate beyond Malaysia to either Singapore or Jakarta.

CPA which presently has entitlement to 4 x 8707 p.w. but only operate 2 x B707 would come down in entitie- ment to 2 x 8707
