When the above Ordinance was submitted for our approval, we referred it to the Department of Trade for their comments. Later we were given to understand that they were content with the legislation as it stood.

Marine ivision at the Lepartment of Trade which details four, admittedly minor, observations they would like to make. When you next have occasion to amend the Ordinance, you may care to look at these points and take what action seems appropriate.
