Soction 12 empowers the Director to detein any vossel in wespect of which peratusdem to leave da pofused pujve section 11 on where this Ordinance provides that the vassol shall not leave the waters of Thang Tong andor specified conditions.
10. Section 16 empowers the Director to give directions in any particulão care for contpelling vessels entoving of leaving the valere of Hong Kong, for controlling the navigation movement and nooring of vessels and for enzing the safety of vessels.
Sectio 18 provides for control over the entry of dead chips into the waters of Hong Kong and over their anchoring or mooring » Dreapt with the permission of Cho Disector, no maintenance or repair work may be carried out which vilt realt in a ship becoming a dead ship. This provision does not apply to ships in a drydock or dockyard.
12. Section 19 prohibite laid-up vessels from nooning or anchoring at any place in the waters of Hong Kong except with the pemission of the Director. This prohibition do not apply to laid-up vessels in a daydock or dockyard.
13. Section 20 empowers the Director to require a vessel which is on fire, or which has suffered damage or is out of control, to be beached or to be taken outside the limits of a port or for other action to be takai, 18 such vessel becomes, or is likely to become, a danger to life, other vessels, aircraft or navigation or if suc vessel causes, or is likely to cause, pollution or damage to port facilities or other property.
