13.
The licensee shall forfeit to the Crony a sum
of $25 for each occasion that a ferry vessel departs before
the schedule time if the early departure is not due to
accident or adverse weather.
Temporary suspension of service
14*
The licensee may temporarily suspend his service
or any part thereof while local storm signal No. 3 or above
remains hoisted or when the weather is such as to render
continued service unsafe.
Monthly Rent
15.
The licensee shall pay to Government a fixed
monthly rent of $

Service of Notices
16.
Any notice to be served on the licensec chall
be sufficiently served if served upon the licensee at his last kuown aduress in the Colony or left with the master

To comply with Ferries Ordinance (Cap. 104)
17.
The licer see shall observe and be boru by the
providions of the Ferries Ordinance (Cap. 104) and any relations made thereunder, any Ordinance or regulations amending or replacing the said Ordinance and regulations
and any laws for the time being in force relating to ferries.
Records
18.
(1) The licensee shall keep, to the satisfaction
of the Commissioner for Transport, records in respect of the
following matters:
