Honourable Members are asked to advise that:

approval should be given, under regulation 4 of the Ferries Regulations, for the licence attached at Annex B to be granted to the Hop Shing Kung Ferry Company Limited in respect of services between Shau Kei Wan, Rennie's Mill and Hang Hau for three years from 1st February 1979; and

a new fare structure as at paragraph 6 above should be approved.

(The Commissioner for Transport (Mr A. T. ARMSTRONG- WRIGHT) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
