such variations from time to time as may be deemed
necessary for the maintenance of a proper and
adequate service.

The licensee shall maintain and provide
a ferry service for the conveyance of passengers and their luggage between the hours of 6 a.m. and 11.30 p.m.
daily, with departure from the ferry points in
paragraph ›6, in accordance with a Schedule of Service
to be approved by the Commissioner for Transport.
(2) The service provided by the said
Schedule shall provide for not less than the following
departures daily from each of the ferry points or
piers -
Shau Kei Wan to Rennie's Mill: 30 departures
Rennie's Mill to Hang Hau
4 departures
(3) The Commissioner for Transport may vary
the terms of the Schedule of Service as appropriate
having regard to the general public as well as the
licensee.

The licensee shall publish a Schedule,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner for
Transport, stating the intended times of departures
from every pier point or pier and the fares authorized
to be taken and shall exhibit it in a conspicuous
place in every ferry vessel, pier point or pier.
