Exclusive right to maintain
a ferry service between
Shau Kei Wan, Rennie's hill
and Hang Hau
Grant of and
duration of
licence
LICENCE is hereby granted by the Commissioner
for Transport of the Colony of Hong Kong, with the
prior approval of the Governor-in-Council, to HOP
SHING KUNG FERRY COMPANY LTD. of Hing Man Street,
Shau Kei Wan in the said Colony (hereinafter referred
to as the licensee) for the exclusive right to
maintain a ferry service for the conveyance of
passengers and their luggage at fares not exceeding
the fares determined by the Governor-in-Council, for
the period commencing on the 1st arch 1979 and
expiring on the 28th February 1982 between SAU KEI
WAJ, KUN.IM'S MILL and LANG HU, subject to the
payment of the monthly rent hereinafter set forth
and upon the following conditions :-
