opinion of the Commissioner for Transport such delay or omission

The licensee shall forfeit to the Crown a sum of $25 for

each occasion that a ferry vessel departs before the schedule time

if the early departure is not due to accident or adverse weather.

part thereof while local storm signal No. 3 or above remains hoisted

or when the weather is such as to render continued service unsafe.

The licensee shall pay to Goverment a fixed monthly

exclusive of rates which shall be payable in

advance on the first day of each month from the commencement of the

term of the licence. In addition to the amount of royalty or rent

payable, rates to be assessed in accordance with the Rating Ordinance Cap. 116 will be payable on the exclusive use of any pier or pontoon

or part thereof for the time being included in a Rating area.
