10.
(1)
(1) The licensee shall maintain and provide a ferry
service for the conveyance of passengers and their luggage between
the hours af 6 2.m. and 11.30 p.m. daily, with departure from the
ferry points in paragraph 6; in accordance with a Schedule of
Service to be approved by the Commissioner for Transport.
(2) The service provided by the said Schedule shall provide
for not less than the following departures daily from each of the
ferry points or piers -
Shau Kei Wan
Rennie's Mill
30 departures
Rennie's Mill
Hang Hau
-4 departures
(3) The ferry service shall start within 3 months of the
award of tender or such extended period as approved by the Commissioner
for Transport.

11.
Non-adherence
to timetable

The licensee shall publish a schedule, subject to the approval
of the Commissioner for Transport, stating the intended times of
departures from every pier point or pier and the fares authorized to
be taken and shall exhibit it in a conspicuous situation in every
ferry vessel, pier point or pier.
12.
The licensee shall forfeit to the Crown the sum of $25 for
each occasion that a ferry vessel is more than fifteen minutes later
than the schedule time of departure from any ferry point or pier, and
an additional sum of 325 for each additional period of fifteen minutes
after the first, if the delay or omission to run the ferry vessel is not
