If in the opinion of the Commissioner for Transport
circumstances occur at any time to prevent the licensee from
maintaining a regular ferry service in accordance with this
licence, then the Governor may grant to the licensee relief from
payment of a proportionate part of the monthly rent payable under
this licence.
24.
The Governor in Council may on the request of the licensee,
in his discretion at any time during the subsistence of the licence
extend such licence for a period not exceeding 3 years.
