This licence is personal to the licensee and shall
not be assigned or transferred by him or his personal representatives
by power of Attorney or otherwise without the permission of the Governor in Council.
4. (1) The licensee shall pay to the Accountant General during the continuance of this licence a monthly rent of $22,800

without any deduction whatsoever which said rent shall be paid on
the first day of each month from the commencement of the term of
the licence.
(2) In addition to the amount of rent payable, rates to be assessed in accordance with the Rating Ordinance, Cap. 116 czwiosn as.

the exclusive use of any pier or pontoon or part thereof.

6. (1) The licensee shall provide at all times an adequate
number of ferry vessels to the satisfaction of the Commissioner
for Transport to provide an efficient service, in accordance with
terms of paragraph 12.
