EXCLUDED FERRIES (PASSENGER FERRY SERVICE ACROSS TSAU WAN) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1979
Made by the Governor in Council under section 5
Citation.
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Excluded
Ferries (Passenger Ferry Service Across Tsau Wan)
(Amendment) Regulations 1979.
Amendment of regulation 2. (Cap. 104, sub. leg.)
2.
Regulation 2 of the principal regulations
is amended by deleting "the 31st July" and substituting
the following
COUNCIL CHAMBER,
1979.
"31 December".

Explanatory Note
The purpose of these regulations is to extend
the present exclusion of the passenger ferry service across Tsau Wan from the requirements of the Ferries
Ordinance until 31 December 1980
