RESOLUTION
(Under section 5 of the "Star" Ferry Company
(Services) Ordinance)
RESOLVED, with the consent of the Company, that the Schedule
to the Ordinance be amended
(a)
(b)
in paragraph 5(6) by deleting "and 31st December
1979 and substituting the following
", 31st December 1979 and 31st December 1980";

in paragraph 13 (2) by deleting and 31st December
1979 and substituting the following
", 31st December 1979 and 31st December
1980"; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph 19 the following
new paragraph
"Further continuance
of
concession.
19A. Notwithstanding paragraphs
1 and 19, the concession shall
continue until 31st December 1980,
subject to the terms and conditions
specified in this Schedule.".
