P) Each Contracting Party shall mutually recognize the nationality of a vessel

of the other Party on the basis of the Certificate of Registry issued by the
competent authorities of that Party in compliance with its relevant laws and
regulations.
b) Each Contracting Party shall recognise the Tonnage Certificate and other
