Your gazetted proposed reclamation as shown on the Plan numbered P11510A will have an adverse effect on the sanitation and pedestrian traffic in Kai Lung Wan and Tin Wan in the following ways:-
(a) The reclamation will block the outfall of our villages' pigs dung sewers, bearing in mind that most of our villagers earn their living as pig breeders.
(b) It will also affect our villages' latrines that have been
erected off the relevant shoreline.
(c) The footpath along the relevant shoreline used by our school children will also be affected by the said reclamation.
We eagerly request the authorities concerned to help us solve our said problems.
