Honourable Members will be asked to advise whether Kowloon Permanent Piers Nos 6 and 7 should be regranted to the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company Limited contemporaneously with a modification of Kowloon Marine Lot No 11 securing a right-of-way to reverted Kowloon Permanent Pier No 54.
(The Director of Lands and Survey (Mr I. L. STANTON) and the Deputy Secretary for the Environment (Mr G. BARNES) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
