(c)
The Chief Inspecting. Officer shall nop nop
be liable to the Corporation, by reason of his
having given an opinion for the purposes of
paragraph (a) or by reason of anything done under
paragraph (b), for any loss or damage it may
suffer arising out of the construction or
operation of the railway..

Manuals

In the preparation and/revision of every
Manual, required under
regulation 9. (a) of the Mass Transit Railway
Regulations 1979, the Corporation shall.consult with
the Chief Inspecting
Officer of Her Majesty's Railway Inspectorate.
Diversions of
2.4(a)
Train Services
The Corporation shall report to the
Commissioner of Police, with the least practicable
delay,
(i) the closure of any station during
(ii)
normal operating hours; and
the diversion of any train which might
adversely affect the movement of persons
at a near station entrances.
(b)
For the purpose of
paragraph (a) (ii)
"diversion" means a train not making a scheduled
stop at a station.
