Explanatory Note
These Regulations provide for -
the notification of accidents and other
specified occurrences on the Mass Transit
Railway by the Corporation to the Chief Secretary (regulations 2, 3 and 4);
the investigation thereof by an inspector and the submission of reports to the Chief Secretary (regulations 5, 6, 7 and 8);
the preparation and promulgation of manuals
of safety instructions by the Corporation
(regulation 9).
