specific subjects for cooperation mentioned above may also be conducted by the respective embassy to each Participant.
Paragraph 6
The programme of implementation of the specific subjects referred to in paragraph 5 of the present Arrangement will include items
of cooperation, required aims, procedure to be followed, date of commencement and completion, method of bearing expenses and other necessary matters.
Paragraph 7
The present Arrangement will come into effect on the date of signing and will remain in operation for 5 years. It may be amended or extended if it is so decided by both Participants.
Paragraph 8
The termination of the present Arrangement will not affect the
implementation to completion of the negotiated specific subjects
already being undertaken under the Arrangement.
