1. Further to my minute of 2 October, I now attach the Cabinet Office Letter commissioning briefs for this visit.
2. You will note that certain subjects (East/West relations, Asia, Africa, the Non-Aligned Movement and Arab/Israel) now appear as separate briefs, rather than as part of a general brief on the international political situation. I should therefore be grateful if I could receive these briefs, cleared & ith 75 copies, (from EESD, SEAD, Mr Willson, UND and NENAD respectively) by noon on Tuesday, 16 October, as Private Office require their copies the next day. FED will have to coordinate Brief
