I take sole responsibility, the collection of the data has been a co-operative effort and I want to thank all those, within and without the Research Froject,
of them here, in Hong Kong and elsewhere for all their help and criticism. Those who read this will know who they are and I do not propose to list their names, Although I think it is essential to have the themes discussed here debated openly in Hongkong and elsewhere, I would be happy to correspond privately with anyone who has something to say. All correspondence will be treated with scrupulous confidence.
