In the case of a specified Crown lease of a lot which has been divided into sections, the right of surrender may be exercised in respect of any section by the person entitled thereto.
6. Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed as a waiver by the Crown of any of its rights in respect of any breach of covenant in any specified Crown lease.
