1. I have now revised the paper on lines discussed with you and Mr Cortazzi and am having it typed in final form. I attach a photocopy of the draft in case you wish to see the changes which I have made. As agreed, I attach a draft covering submission which you may wish to discuss. On reflection,I think it should go through Mr Cortazzi (or you) rather than direct from me to the PUS.
