I also asked him to brief you on developments on defence matters in Hong Kong, since Phillip's visit.

I shall meet you (1715 Heathrow) and take you to the Bristol Hotel in Berkeley Street. Five minutes from Green Park. (Tel. 01-493 8282). Our visitors are often put up there and they have a suite for you as before.
