Programme for the Visit of
Mr. Peter J. Webb, Desk Officer, Hong Kong & General Department, Foreign & Commonwealth Office
(I) Purpose: Briefing on refugee work by Mr. M.C. Morgan, J.P., Deputy Secretary (Security) Refugees, and visit to refugee camps accompanied by Mr. T.H. Bashall, I.S.O., Controller of the Refugee Control Centre.
(II) Date & Time: Wednesday, 21st November 1979 from 1515 to 1810 hours.
(III) Transport: (a) Mr. Webb is requested to arrive at the office of
Mr. M.C. Morgan in Room 511, Government Secretariat at 1515 hours;
(IV) Programme :
