As you know my planned familiarisation tour in February-March had to be postponed when I went to the CSCE Conference in Malta. Subject to funds being available I now hope to make these visits in the Autumn. I should be grateful for your views on the attached list of places to visit. If you have other suggestions I should be pleased to fit them in within the limits of the time available (six weeks) and airline timetables. Obviously if the visits can be combined with any other business we should try to do this.
